The hiring of the JAZZ FOR EVENTOS service will entail the payment of 15% of the total amount of the service 15 calendar days before the date of its performance, in the confirmation of the action, specifying the other aspects (duration, place, number of passes/breaks, travel supplements, accommodation, maintenance, payment method, person responsible for payment, person managing or coordinating the event, etc.).

The remainder of the service fee will be paid after the event using the previously agreed upon form of payment (cash, bank transfer, stub/check) within a maximum time period of 1 month. Outside of this period the performance of the service will NOT be accepted.

The CANCELATION of service for reasons outside of our control, by the client, will abide by the following conditions (in agreement with the CONTRACT FORM):

The cancelation, by the client, made 30 business days before the date of the service, will not provide the financial compensation to JAZZ FOR EVENTS, being that the canceled date is available for the performance of another service, in accordance with calendar availability.

1. Cancellation of the performance 2 weeks before the event: the client will pay 15% of the total service fee (amount previously paid by the customer in confirmation of the service, 15 calendar days in advance).
2. Cancellation of the performance 1 week before the event: the client will pay 25% of the total service fee.
3. Cancellation of the performance the day before the event: the client will pay 30% of the total service fee.
4. Cancellation of the performance on the day of the event: the client will pay 50% of the total amount agreed with the client.
5. The cancellation, by the Client, made 30 calendar days before the date of the service, will not result in providing financial compensation to JAZZPARAEVENTOS.COM, being that the cancelled date is available for the performance of another service, in accordance with the calendar availability.
